Choko Shoyu, founded in 1941 in Nagasaki prefecture, originally brought together 29 small soy sauce brewers and miso producers, who decided to join forces to sell their products. Thecompany is certified FSSC ( Food Safety System Certification) and ISO, and wants to satisfy its customers with healthy and safe products.. It mainly produces Japanese seasonings such as soy sauce, miso, sauces, vinegar, dressings and soups. The company employs about 130 people and uses mainly quality organic ingredients, to avoid food additives and ensure authentic flavor.
