Description : Cousins of Sichuan pepper, Sansho berries are known to be excellent natural preservative for meat and sh. These whole Sansho berries are boiled in water.

Flavor : They are a citrus aroma with spiced pepper and subtly pepper.

Use : Perfect in terrine, beef tartar or mayonnaise preparations, they accompany fish such as ray very well. They will bring freshness and acidity to your dishes.
