Tuna carpaccio and miso dressing sauce

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 100g of raw tuna
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 sprigs of chive
  • 40g of almond
  • 1 teaspoon of Hatcho miso
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the tune and place on a plate.
  2. Roughly chop the hard boiled egg and almonds. Finely chop the chive.
  3. Place these ingredients on tuna slices, mix together the ingredients of the dressing sauce and generously season the carpaccio.
