Tuna carpaccio and miso dressing sauce
Ingredients for 2 people
- 100g of raw tuna
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 sprigs of chive
- 40g of almond
- 1 teaspoon of hatcho miso
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Thinly slice the tune and place on a plate.
- Roughly chop the hard boiled egg and almonds. Finely chop the chive.
- Place these ingredients on tuna slices, mix together the ingredients of the dressing sauce and generously season the carpaccio.
