porc au miso

Pork with miso


  • 100g of pork (thin slices)
  • For the sauce : 50g of Okinawa brown sugar, 100g of miso, 3 tablespoons of sake
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger


1. Cook the pork in boiling water for 10mn.

2. Stir fry the pork over medium heat until the fat drains off (approximately 1 to 2mn)

3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and add to the pork. Simmer over low heat for 2 to 3mn, until the pork is glazed while mixing from time to time.

4. Add the ginger and take off the heat.
