1. Soft-boiled eggs: Cook the eggs for 6 minutes in boiling water and plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. Guacamole: In a bowl, mash the avocado using a fork. Add miso and ponzu, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
3. Toppings: Cut thin slices of radish and zucchini.
4. Bread: Toast the slices in the oven at 210°C for 4 minutes or in a toaster.
5. Assembling: Spread the guacamole on the bread slices, add a bit of radish, zucchini and parmesan cheese. Top with the soft-boiled egg and sprinkle with wasabi & nori furikake.
