Chocolate fudge cake with amazake

Ingredients for 3 small cakes

  • 80g of milk chocolate
  • 20g of butter
  • 50cl of amazake 
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g of flour
  • 20g of powdered cocoa
  • some icing sugar
  • a dash of neutral oil

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. In a saucepan, break the milk chocolate into pieces, add the butter, cut into pieces beforehand, and amazake. Melt everything together over low heat.

3. Beat the eggs and add to the chocolate mixture as well as rum. Mix well and slowly add the cocoa powder while mixing. Mix utile obtaining an homogeneous mixture and turn off the heat.

4. Spread oil or butter at the bottom of molds. Pour the batter and bake for 10 to 12 minutes for 180°C .

5. Sprinkle a bit of icing sugar to garnish.
