THE SOCIAL FOOD - CARNET DE RECETTES À LA MAISON

This cookbook was born during the first French lockdown. It gathers more than 80 recipes to travel all around the world from home. Enjoy recipes and tastes that Mathieu and Shirley from The Social Food have discovered during their travels, recipes cooked in front of their eyes 'in live' : udon or soba pasta, risottos, lemongrass porc ribs, cheesecakes... but also cocktails with or without alcohol. A real bedside book to recreate all these "viral" recipes such as temari sushi, katsusando sandwich, crispy pork belly...

Mathieu & Shirley, The Social Food

The Social Food is a couple passionate about travel and good food. Two food photographers that share their travels, their favorite spots to eat and recently their everyday delicious meals. Like everyone of us at Umami, cooking plays an integral part in The Social Food spirit:

Shirley Garrier, passionate by cooking since her younger age thanks to her mom and grand mother, she educated herself by practicing. Her food is inspired by her travels and her Vietnamese culture.

Mathieu Zouhairi, as passionate as Shirley, he first expressed his creativity imagining cocktails. Then he found his way in photography. Thanks to its French and Moroccan culture, he developed a passion for travel but also for worldwide cooking cultures.
