Spring rolls with konjac noodles

Ingredients for 6 spring rolls


1. Rinse out the konjac noodles and roughly chop them.

2. Slice the avocado and cut the shrimps in half widthwise.

3. Chop the coriander finely.

4. Dampen one rice paper and place it on a plate.

5. Starting a few centimeters away from the edges place successively shrimp slices, avocado slices, a bit of soybean sprouts and konjac noodles on top of each other.

6. Add a bit of coriander and sprinkle sesame with miso.

7. Folding the spring roll : fold in the bottom part of the rice paper on top of the ingredients and fold in the sides of the rice paper. Roll the spring roll.

8. Making the sauce : mix 2 teaspoons of miso with shiso, rice vinegar and sesame oil together.
