Octopus salad with kimchi

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of cooked octopus (approximatively 120 g)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of kimchi sauce

Preparation


1. Cut cucumber into pieces, then, remove the seeds. 
2. Sprinkle with salt and leave to stand for around 5 minutes.
3. After this time, drain the water and pat the cucumber dry with kitchen roll to remove excess water.
4. Cut the octopus into pieces and mix it with the cucumber, the kimchi sauce and the sesame oil in a bowl.

It’s ready !
