Karaage with Miso tamari sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g of chicken thighs (cut into pieces for frying)
  • 1 tablespoon of Miso tamari sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of grated ginger
  • Karaageko flour (sufficient quantity)
  • Frying oil (for the cooking)

Preparation

1. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add the miso tamari sauce and massage the chicken well. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Coat the marinated chicken with Karaageko.
3. Heat the oil to 180°C in a deep fryer or frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.
