Description : This variety for tea is made from roasted tea leaves grown in organic tea gardens located in Kagoshima. Hojicha can be consumed at any time of the day as it is known for its low amount of caffeine thus why it is also recommended to children and pregnant women.
Flavor : This tea has less bitterness and a rich wood-like aroma.
Use : 3 teaspoons (5g) in 200ml of water at 90 degrees. Infuse for 1 minute (several infusions possible). Can be consumed hot or cold.
