Description: The wasabi used in this salt grows at the foot of the Amagi Mount, a rainy region with a rich land in the Izu peninsula, well-known for the quality of its wasabi, in Shizuoka prefecture, Japan.

Flavor : Strong wasabi perfume, spicy.

Use : Wasabi salt can be used to perfume and to spice up Tempuras, Yakitoris and Yakiniku grilled meat. It can also be used as a seasoning on a piece of red meat, cold tofu «Hiyayakko» or potatoes.

Ingredients : Salt, maltose, kombu powder, wasabi, cyclodextrin, aromatics.

Preservation : Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
