Description : This kombu powder is made by a producer specilized in seaweeds of all kind. Preservative and colorant free, it is made from Japanese ingredients such as Kombu Rausu picked in Hokkaido, seaweed salt and sugar cane. In Japanese, "kombucha" means tea of kombu. This powder is drunk like a tea or used as a broth base. 

Flavor : A bunch of umami with a great flavor of iodine. 

Use : You can dilute this kombu powder with hot water to drink it like a tea or a broth. This way you can benefit from all the mineral it contains. Real bunch of umami, this kombu powder can also serve as a dashi broth or soup base. It will add your soups even more body and fullness. You can even sprinkle the kombu powder like you would do with a salt to season your vegetables, fishes and pastas.
