Description: Discover a new ume plum-infused salt! This unique blend combines Mataichi salt from Itoshima and Yakatame salt from Nagasaki with the delightful taste of Itoshima kombu and the fresh, fragrant flavor of Kishu Nanko plums. High-quality, nutrient-rich seaweed is carefully ground and mixed with fine salt flakes that form on the surface of salt ponds. This crunchy, light, and subtly sweet kombu pairs perfectly with the fruity flavor of the plum.

Flavor: A rich umami taste, enhanced by the salted plum.

Use: The salt crystals are perfect for seasoning pasta or salads, adding a crunchy touch to your dishes. Ideal for making onigiri, they can also be incorporated into your recipes for crusted fish and baked gratin vegetables.
