Description: In this blend of salt crystals, Itoshima kombu meets Mataichi salt from Itoshima and Yakatame salt from Nagasaki to create a delicious, mineral-rich sea salt. High-quality, nutrient-rich seaweed has been carefully ground and mixed with fine salt flakes formed on the surface of the salt ponds. This light, crispy, and slightly sweet salt enhances the flavor of Itoshima kombu.

Flavor: A gentle umami taste with a hint of iodine, elevated by the kombu.

Use: Salt crystals can be used to season pasta or salads, adding a crunchy touch to your dishes. Perfect for making onigiri, they can also be incorporated into your recipes for crusted fish and tempura.
