This tamari sauce only contains soybeans and salt so it has a strong soy taste.
Flavor : Salty, rich and deep, drier, with a strong soy taste.
Use : It goes well with sushis and rice of course but you can also use it in your daily food for cooking or seasoning your dishes (stews, roast chicken, salad dressing, crudités, etc.)

Igeta shoyu is located in the Shimane prefecture, known to be home to one of the most ancient Japanese Shinto temple. This little soy sauce producer founded in 1956 has a slogan that shows its desire to create Japanese soy sauce that will delight consumers : “with all our strengths”. Igeta Shoyu wants to share through its products the sense of morality, so emblematic of Japanese culture. To do so, each product is made keeping in mind the happiness it must give the consumer. All the ingredients such as Japanese rice, spring water are selected carefully. Igeta soy sauces are fermented at room temperature between one year and a half to two years, in huge cedar barrels that can contain up to 20000kg.
