Description : Cousins of Sichuan pepper, sansho berries are known to be an excellent natural preservative for meat and fish. These whole sansho berries are salted. 

Flavor : A citrus flavor, with lemon and spices notes 

Use : Perfect un terrines, beef tartare or mayonnaise preparations. They accompany fish such as ray very well. They will brings freshness and acidity to your dishes. Wash with clear water before use in order to get rid of the salt.
