Description : "Mayo-Be" is the contraction of the words mayonnaise and beans. It is a vegan mayonnaise, without egg or animal protein. It was thought to be healthier than the common mayonnaise. This mayonnaise is made from soy and more specially fermented soy milk. This soy milk is fermented by Shirakami kodama yeast, collected in the mountains. The soy milk is fermented during 1 month and it gives the mayonnaise a mild and umami taste.

Flavor : Fresh, mild et round in the mouth, a little acidic and very umami.

Use : Its fresh, mild and rich in umami flavor makes it the perfect match for beans, potatos, chicken breast and seafood. It can also be a great base for dressings and sauces that will season a large variety of dishes : onigiri, salads, etc.

Ingredients : Soy oil (44,9%), Soy milk (43,6%), Rice vinegar, Beet sugar, Fermented soy milk, Salt, Okara (Soy pulp), Japanese mustard.

Preservation : Keep at room temperature. Keep refrigerated after opening.
