Description : To make this soy sauce, the producer made the choice to select ingredients cultivated in Japan, without pesticide and chimical fertilizer : whole soy beans and wheat from Kumamoto and sun dried salt very rich in minerals. The marudaizu soy sauce is made from whole soy beans. It is rounder and very rich in umami because the oil and fat of soy beans are broken down during the brewing process. This soy sauce is fermented and matured more than a year, developing a strong taste and a great umami.

Flavor : The flavor is deep, long, round and very rich in umami. 

Use : This soy sauce matches wonderfully with sushi, sashimi and Japanese cuisine in general but also with roast chicken, roast beef and grilled vegetables.

Ingredients : Soybean, Wheat (gluten), Salt, Water, Koji.

Preservation : Keep at room temperature. Keep refrigerated and consume soon after opening.
