0* For any warehouse collection request, the customer is invited to contact us by email: contact@umamiparis.com to arrange an appointment. The customer is asked to present themselves at 2, avenue Jean Moulin, 94120 Fontenay-sous-Bois, France , with the order confirmation email and proof of identity . If either of these documents cannot be presented, no package can be delivered to the customer.
** Parcels will only be held at Matcha Café (Paris 3rd arrondissement) and Matcha Café To Go (Paris 17th arrondissement) for one week . After this period, they will be returned to our premises. The Matcha Café is open Mondays from 11:30am to 7pm , Tuesdays to Fridays from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 7pm . Matcha Café To Go is open Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 3pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
*** This timeframe is indicative and may be longer depending on the carrier's capabilities. Umami cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service and beyond its control. For Chronopost deliveries, orders received before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day and delivered the following day before 1:00 PM . Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped the following day and delivered the day after thatbefore 1:00 PM . This excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday. You will be notified by email and SMS the day before delivery.
