Delivery & Returns

After receipt of your order, it will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).

You can find the prices and delivery times below (approximate delivery times from the time your order is dispatched).

Metropolitan France

Pickup at Matcha Café (Paris 3rd)**: Parcels delivered on Tuesday and Thursday / FREE
Pickup at Matcha Café To Go (Paris 17th): Parcels delivered on Wednesday and Friday / FREE
Pickup at a relay point: 2-3 business days*** / €5.90
Home delivery: 2-3 business days*** / €7.50
Post office pickup: 2-3 business days*** / €7.50
Chronopost: 1-2 business days excluding weekends*** / €9.50

Please note, we do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories. Thank you for your understanding.

European Union Zone 2

(Irlande, Autriche, Portugal, Espagne, Italie, Royaume-Uni)

* For any warehouse pickup request, the customer is invited to contact us by email: contact@umamiparis.com to schedule an appointment.
The customer is asked to present themselves at 2, avenue Jean Moulin, 94120 Fontenay-sous-Bois, France, with the order confirmation email and a form of identification. If one of these documents cannot be presented, no package will be given to the customer.

** Packages will be kept at Matcha Café (Paris 3rd arrondissement) and Matcha Café To Go (Paris 17th arrondissement) for one week only. After this period, they will be returned to our premises.
Matcha Café is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 7 pm.
Matcha Café To Go is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.

*** This timeframe is indicative and may be longer depending on the carrier's capabilities.
Umami cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by La Poste and beyond its control.
For Chronopost delivery, orders received before 10 am will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 1 pm for mainland France and with a delay of 1 to 3 business days for the rest of Europe.
Orders received after 10 am will be shipped the next day and delivered the day after next before 1 pm for mainland France and with a delay of 1 to 3 business days for the rest of Europe.
Excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday. The day before delivery, you will be notified by email and SMS.
