Sesame

Essential in Japanese cuisine, sesame comes in several forms and colors: white sesame with a delicate taste, the black more full-bodied and the golden with pronounced notes. Sesame is also consumed in the form of oil to season or cook, in the form of gomasio (sesame seeds and sea salt) or even sesame paste with a creamy texture.
