Add a few drops of ra-yu to enhance and flavor your ramen, soups, and broths. Ra-yu can be used to season gyoza, stir-fried meats, and salads, as well as tofu, whether cold or sautéed, and vegetables such as bean sprouts wrapped in slices of pork belly.
