Ginjo

Ginjo is a refined sake obtained from rice whose at least 40% of the outer layer was removed during polishing. Fermentation takes place for longer and at a lower temperature, which allows to develop delicate and complexes aromas.

Ginjo is distinguished by its lightness and its often fruityd floral, with a moderate acidity which makes it particularly pleasant to taste.
