Tokunaga Seika produces savoury and sweet snack in Hiroshima using legumes such as green or black soybeans, broad beans and peanuts. The company's history dates back to 1869 (Meiji era), when it sold seeds and grains. These snacks are very different from what we are used to: soybeans with wasabi and nori, soybeans with mentaiko (cod) roe... they are a fun way to discover Japanese flavours!
