Somen are very thin, white, handmade Japanese noodles made from wheat flour. They are usually eaten cold as a soup in the summer.

Usage Instructions: Cook in a large volume of water for 6 to 7 minutes according to your preference. Use: Somen noodles are generally eaten in a good dashi broth, or cold with mentsuyu sauce.

Bando Foods is a small family business located in the Tokushima prefecture, on the island of Shikoku, where it carefully cultivates exceptional Japanese citrus fruits: yuzu, sudachi and yuko. Its orchards, located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level and covering more than 7,700 m², produce each year approximately 25 tons of fruit.
