Usage
Yuzu was once used instead of vinegar to add acidity. It can be used as a lemon substitute in your seasonings and sauces to accompany fish and seafood, but also in sorbets, fruit salads, or cocktails. Combined with yuzu juice, it will add roundness and subtly change the flavor of your pastries, which usually contain lemon.
