Mori Kougei
Mori Kougei, founded in 1953 in the prefecture of Tokushima, on the island of Shikoku, is a company that has specialized for over 70 years in the wood veneer. Called "tsuki-ita" in Japanese, it is a technique that consists of cutting wood into thin sheets, like paper, with a sharp blade. These different sheets are selected from all over Japan by the company, before being assembled to make furniture, decorative elements and everyday objects. These wooden pieces, with their advanced aesthetics, highlight the beauty of the raw material.
