Description

Furikake is a Japanese condiment made from seaweed and sesame seeds, traditionally sprinkled over rice. Notably used to enhance the rice bowls of Japanese sailors during the war, it is now a staple of everyday Japanese cuisine. This furikake is flavored with roasted garlic and Ra-yu chili oil. The packaging features Kumamon, the official mascot of Kumamoto Prefecture, which is very popular in Japan and internationally.

Flavor

The blend offers a balance between the richness of garlic and the lingering spiciness of chili oil, creating a savory and addictive taste.

Conservation

Store at room temperature, away from sunlight, heat and humidity.
