Description

This vinegar for Sunomono (Japanese vegetable and seaweed salads) is a mild and balanced seasoning vinegar, made from a JAS certified pure rice vinegar, produced with "Akitakomachi" rice from Akita and natural water. Seasoned with naturally sourced ingredients such as kombu extract, mirin, syrup, and salt, the acidity is rounded for a delicate and easy-to-use result.

Flavor

A soft and round acidity, balanced by slightly sweet notes and a subtle umami touch provided by the kombu.

Conservation

Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated.
