
Usage
Banrai soy milk can be drunk chilled or warm. You can also use it to make egg-free mayonnaise by adding vegetable oil and a little vinegar or lemon.
To prepare your tofu: Mix 125ml of soy milk and a dose of nigari, let the tofu steam, covered, for 10 minutes, or longer depending on the desired texture. A few drops of ponzu or a few sesame seeds will make it more delicious.
