For nearly 240 years, Banrai has been striving to promote a healthy lifestyle through high-quality fresh products such as soy milk, which can be used to make authentic-tasting tofu at home. Banrai soy milk is made from sweet, protein-rich Japanese soybeans and carefully selected water from the Nohbi Plain. The milk is produced using the company's own sterilisation process, ensuring the highest quality without the addition of additives.
