Description

Binchotan is a very practical activated charcoal for barbecue cooking because it has powerful infrared radiation that allows for thorough cooking. Binchotan burns very slowly, allowing for long-lasting use, but it is also more difficult to start. This chimney starter allows you to quickly heat your binchotan so you can start cooking without delay.
