Founded in 2019 in Takahama City (Aichi Prefecture), Kinka is a Japanese barbecue manufacturer Konro, also known as"shichirin",recognized for their authenticity and efficiency. Each barbecue is made from diatomaceous earth sourced from Noto (Ishikawa Prefecture), a natural material known for its exceptional ability to retain heat and resist fire. Thanks to this composition, these barbecues offer a remarkable thermal insulation and optimize the combustion of coal to release a gentle infrared heat, ideal for enhancing ingredients. Kinka excels in creating elegant and functional models. Designs include rectangular versions as well as compact models, all designed for a user-friendly cooking experience, placed directly on the table.
