Usage
Remove the grill. Insert the charcoal, which is already well-glow from being preheated. If you are using binchotan, which takes a long time to start, you can use our chimney starter to speed up combustion. Oil the grill and then replace it. Once it is hot, you can start grilling your food. This Japanese barbecue is ideal for grilling meat, fish, and vegetables, or for kebabs. The barbecue can be placed in the handle provided to move it without burning yourself. Use in a well-ventilated room. Do not throw or place any object on it; this may damage the barbecue. A sudden change in temperature may cause a significant crack or peeling. Do not pour water or sauce directly onto the barbecue. If it is stained, dab it with a slightly damp cloth without rubbing, and dry thoroughly. After cooking, remove the charcoal and ash once it has cooled to keep it clean. Do not wash with water.
