Usage
This barbecue is ideal for grilling fresh or marinated meats, fish and vegetables.
Remove the grill from the barbecue. Place the pre-lit, glowing charcoal into the firebox. For charcoals that take longer to ignite, such as binchotan, using a chimney starter is recommended to speed up the combustion process. Replace the grill after lightly oiling it. Once the grill is hot, you can begin cooking.
Always use the barbecue in a well-ventilated area or outdoors. It is essential to place it on the provided wooden board to insulate against the heat and protect surfaces. When lighting the barbecue, be careful of any sparks. Never touch the barbecue while it is in use or while it is hot. After use, carefully check that the fire is completely extinguished before handling or storing the barbecue. Never pour water into the bottom of the barbecue. This could damage it. If the bottom is damp, allow it to dry completely before the next use.
