Description

The Mikawa barbecue is made of clay shaped on a pottery wheel. Once the clay has hardened, a channel is dug out by hand and then allowed to dry completely before the barbecue is fired at 950°C and varnished. It is ideal for a table of 2 to 4 people. Usage Remove the grill. Insert the charcoal, which will already be well-glow from having been preheated. If you are using binchotan, which takes a long time to start, you can use our chimney starter to speed up the combustion. Oil the grill and then replace it. Once it is hot, you can start grilling your food. This barbecue is ideal for grilling fresh or marinated meats, fish, and vegetables. Use in a well-ventilated room. Do not throw away, as this can damage the barbecue. Use the barbecue on the wooden board included in the box. When starting a fire, be careful of sparks. Do not touch the barbecue when it is hot. After use, check that the fire is out. Do not pour water on the bottom of the barbecue. If the bottom is wet, dry it thoroughly before using.
