Preparation
1. Sift the matcha into a bowl. Add the hot water, then whisk with a chasen until smooth.
2. Place the yude azuki at the bottom of a glass.
3. Carefully add the ice cubes to the top of the glass.
4. Carefully pour in the milk.
5. Finally, gently pour the matcha over the top.

To make an Azuki Hojicha Latte, simply replace the matcha with hojicha powder.
