  • 2 tablespoons of Koji soy sauce

Preparation


1.
Cook the eggs for 7 minutes in boiling water to obtain soft-boiled eggs. Cool them immediately in cold water.

2.Carefully peel the eggs.

3.Place the eggs in a storage bag with the koji soy sauce and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
