Red Miso Brownies

Brownies au miso rouge

Ingredients

  • 180g of unsalted butter
  • 200g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of red miso
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 80g of cake flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g of walnut kernels

Preparation



1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tin with baking paper and set aside.


2.
Melt the chocolate, butter and red miso together in a double boiler.

3.Mix the sugar and flour in a bowl, then stir them into the melted chocolate.

4.Add the eggs one by one, mixing well, then add the roughly broken walnuts.

5.Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.


These brownies would go very well with a Hojicha roasted tea ;)
