Mozzarella marinated in miso
Ingredients
1 ball of mozzarella
1 tablespoon of miso
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Sansho berries (to taste)
Preparation
1.Wipe the mozzarella dry with absorbent paper.
2.Place the miso and mozzarella in a storage bag.
3.Place in the refrigerator and let marinate overnight to for a day. Then slice the mozzarella and garnish with sansho berries, then drizzle with olive oil to taste.
