Mozzarella marinée au miso

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon of miso
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Sansho berries (to taste)

Preparation


1.
Wipe the mozzarella dry with absorbent paper.


2.
Place the miso and mozzarella in a storage bag.


3.
Place in the refrigerator and let marinate overnight to for a day. Then slice the mozzarella and garnish with sansho berries, then drizzle with olive oil to taste.
