Sushi-style tacos

Tacos façon sushi

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of nori (dried seaweed)
  • 50g of tempura flour
  • 100 ml of water
  • Frying oil
  • 200g of vinegared rice
  • Topping of your choice (prawn, salmon, shiitake mushrooms, avocado, sprouts, etc.)
  • 4 teaspoons of Furikake with Ra-yu
  • 4 teaspoons of curry furikake
  • A few drops of soy sauce or ponzu sauce

Preparation


1.
In a dish, mix the tempura flour and water until you obtain a smooth batter.

2.Cut each sheet of nori into 4 pieces. Brush one side (the back) with tempura batter.

3.Fry the leaves in oil at 170°C until crispy, turning to fry both sides.

4.While it is still warm, place the nori sheet, batter-free side down, on a thin bottle or rolling pin to give it a "U" shape, like a taco shell.

5.Once cooled, fill the taco shell with rice and toppings of your choice.

6.Sprinkle a spoonful of furikake over each taco.

7.Add a few drops of soy sauce or ponzu sauce if needed!
