Kinako truffles

Truffes au Kinako

Ingredients

  • 50g of chocolate
  • 100g of red bean paste (Koshian)
  • Kinako, roasted soybean flour: quantity needed

Preparation

Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Melt it in a double boiler.

Add the anko paste to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator to cool.


4.
Once the dough has cooled completely, form small balls and roll them in kinako.
