Minakuchi Shuzo Brewery was founded in 1895 has Matsuyama, in Ehime Prefecture and remains the only brewery in Matsuyama. For over a century, it has maintained close ties with the Dogo hot springs, and has always favored the use of ingredients from local agriculture for brewing its sakes, beers and other alcoholic beverages.
