Description: Rice vinegar is the most common vinegar in Japan and is used in many dishes. This organic pure rice vinegar, is made of organic "Akitakomachi" rice, using a 80 years old process (junmai sake is matured in a fermentation room for 4 and-half months), and of pure mountain water from the northern part of the Hiroshima Prefecture.
Use: This artisanal and organic vinegar can be used to marinate fish such as mackerel. It can replace cider vinegar for daily use.
