Kamikokoro Shuzo

Kamikokoro Brewery was founded over a century ago, in 1913, in the city of Asakuchi in Okayama. For 5 generations now, this brewery has pursued a single objective, that of produce a quality sake that preserves the umami of the rice. To achieve this, the brewery has developed a special process that includes a polishing machine that can polish up to 60 kg of rice at a time. Before being producers, the brewery team places itself as consumers and produces only healthy and good products that it would like to consume with its family.
