Description

Karaage is a Japanese fried chicken dish that is widely consumed daily. This karaage flour, karaageko, is made with 100% organic rice grown in Ishikawa, free from pesticides and chemicals. Specially formulated for this dish, it already contains a little salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Additionally, this flour is gluten-free and absorbs little oil when frying.

Conservation

Store at room temperature, away from sunlight, heat, and humidity. Once opened, refrigerate in a sealed container and consume promptly.

Usage Use : For your karaage, use 50g of this Karaageko for 200-300g of chicken. Rub the chicken well with the karaageko and fry it in oil. It can also be used as a binder for hamburger patties, or to coat fish meunière-style. You can adjust the seasoning of the karaageko with soy sauce or the ingredient of your choice.

It mainly grows rice, barley, wheat, buckwheat, vegetables, and fruits organically, using abandoned farmland. The processed products it sells are all made with food grown locally on the farm, which promotes both the close relationships with producers and their work.
