
Usage
Use : For your karaage, use 50g of this Karaageko for 200-300g of chicken. Rub the chicken well with the karaageko and fry it in oil. It can also be used as a binder for hamburger patties, or to coat fish meunière-style. You can adjust the seasoning of the karaageko with soy sauce or the ingredient of your choice.
