This matcha is recommended for cooking, especially pastries (cakes, financiers, macaroons, etc.), ice creams, chocolate, etc. Matcha always prefers to be cooked at a reduced temperature to retain all its flavors and benefits.
However, if you wish to use it as a drink: Water temperature: 80°C - Infusion: whisk with a bamboo whisk - Dosage: 2g - 7cl of water.
