2 people 40 min AVERAGE Steamed stuffed yuzu November 22, 2025 Ingredients (for 2 people)2 fresh Yuzu2-4 Shrimp (peeled)4 Scallops10g of mushrooms (varieties of your choice: shimeji, shiitake, etc.)2 teaspoons of cooking sake2 teaspoons of salmon roeChives Yuzu sauce jelly: 1 tbsp of yuzu juice1 tablespoon of soy sauce1/2 tablespoon of honey1 tablespoon of water0.5g of agar-agar Preparation 1.Cut off the top of the yuzu, then scoop out the inside. Squeeze the pulp to extract the juice and set aside. 2.In a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients. Stir in the agar-agar, then bring to a boil to dissolve it completely. Let cool to form a jelly. 3.Fill the inside of the yuzu with the peeled shrimp, the chopped scallops, and the mushrooms. 4.Drizzle with a little sake, then place the yuzu in a preheated steamer. Cook for 5 minutes. 5.Finish by decorating with salmon roe, chives and a little jelly. It's ready!
