Description
Tamari sauce is part of the soy sauce family, but it is made solely from the fermentation of soybeans, without the addition of wheat. The soybeans used are GMO-free. It is ideal for those following a gluten-free diet. This soy sauce has been fermented for 8 months.

Salty, rich and deep, more raw, with a dominant soy flavor.

Store in a cool place away from sunlight. Close tightly and keep refrigerated.
