Usage
Tsubuan dough is ideal for filling traditional Japanese pastries such as dorayaki, mochi, or taiyaki. It can also be used as a base for classic desserts such as oshiruko (sweet red bean soup) or anmitsu, a fresh and light dessert. It can also be enjoyed in more contemporary ways: spread on a slice of bread, as a topping for vanilla ice cream, mixed with natural yogurt, or even inserted into a glass.
