This high-quality soy milk is ideal for making homemade tofu. It contains a minimum of 15% dry matter, compared to 3 to 4% for drinking soy milk, which, when combined with nigari, allows for the formation of tofu.

Usage Banrai soy milk can be drunk chilled or warm. You can also use it to make egg-free mayonnaise by adding vegetable oil and a little vinegar or lemon. To prepare your tofu: Mix 125ml of soy milk and a dose of nigari, let the tofu steam, covered, for 10 minutes, or longer depending on the desired texture. A few drops of ponzu or a few sesame seeds will make it more delicious.
